Christopher J. Phillips has over 20 years experience in the acquisition, development, leasing, and repositioning of commercial and residential properties; during this time he has joint-ventured, syndicated, and managed numerous real estate projects. His diverse portfolio includes multi-family, retail, office, industrial, and land in various stages of development.

Mr. Phillips’ success in the distressed market is the product of his experience and expertise in utilizing databases and other systems to research and analyze the potential of distressed properties in a targeted market or region, and his ability to intelligently acquire prospective high-return properties and notes once they are identified. He has both created and implemented value-enhancement strategies for distressed properties; as a result, his counsel is frequently sought by investors and attorneys in need of assistance with these properties.

As a developer-owner-consultant, Mr. Phillips has owned, managed, and/or been involved with a diverse list of properties and developments, from subdivisions and multi-family to commercial and industrial. He has participated in or directed the purchase and repositioning of varied real estate product which includes, but is not limited to land, industrial, office, and apartment properties.

Mr. Phillips holds a degree in regional development from the University of Arizona and lives with his wife and two daughters in Tucson.
